Cori Palmer is a senior project development manager in Mortenson's Seattle office. She is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients to partner on their business objectives and growth plans. Cori has expertise in a variety of markets, including healthcare, commercial, industrial, and water infrastructure. Through actively listening to her customers' needs, keeping a pulse on the market and developing corresponding solutions, her ultimate focus is to help customers achieve the best outcomes with their resources.
Cori recently completed her fifth year on the Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) Seattle Chapter's Board of Directors and was the 2019 CREW Seattle President. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.

Cori and her husband live in Monroe with their 3-year-old son, 6-month-old daughter, and 6-year-old Golden Retriever. They enjoy spending time outside as a family, whether it’s gardening or working on their property, camping, boating, or playing on the water or in the snow.
