With over 15 years of industry experience, Darryn Jones is a key contributor to the Mortenson Phoenix leadership team. As Business Development Executive, Darryn cultivates strategic business partnerships, provides insight and strategic direction for our Arizona business, and maintains relationships with customers to advance their business objectives and growth plans. Joining Mortenson in 2019, Darryn specializes in spearheading manufacturing, healthcare, and development projects.
Darryn excels at understanding complex business models and brings exhaustive experience navigating the numerous processes involved in early capital project planning. He supports our customers in location advisory services including infrastructure due diligence, utilities coordination and negotiations, permitting support, including emissions, and incentive negotiations at the state, city, and county levels.
Since 2019, Darryn has been involved in the Valley Leadership Accelerate Program, which aims to challenge participants to find ways to make a difference in the community. Darryn received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master of Arts in Applied Economics from John Hopkins University.
