This is true whether we are building a revenue-generating asset like a wind farm or data center, or a facility in which business takes place, like a hospital, office building or stadium. In all cases, the quality, design, and location of the facility will impact their organization for decades to come – so we go all-in with customers to get it right.

PERSONAL PASSIONS

One cause that’s important to me is the development of our youth. So many decisions about the trajectory of a person’s life are made in the early years. I'm also passionate about developing and growing people throughout their careers. I'm proud of the talent I've had the privilege to recruit and nurture and the positive impact it is having on the organization and our customers.
