Since joining Mortenson's Seattle office in 2007, Jeremy brings passion, diligence, and expertise to each project. A disciplined leader with exceptional communication and team-building skills, Jeremy is ultimately responsible for ensuring our Design-Build team executes our commitments safely and precisely. As Design-Phase Manager and Senior Project Manager, Jeremy leads the collaborative effort of all parties to maximize value for each project. Jeremy spends extensive time analyzing cost and value, providing input on material selection, and leading constructability reviews. He supports the team and all stakeholders with goal prioritization and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Jeremy's career includes substantial, complex, high-profile projects on active campuses, fully understanding the ability of prior planning to impact the project's outcome positively. His inpatient healthcare experience includes significant new construction and complex renovations, including an inpatient adult behavioral health unit at UW Medical Center and several Providence Regional Medical Center additions. His recent and ongoing experience with the Snohomish County area allows him to build continued relationships and familiarity with all team members, including local subcontractors and trade partners.

Jeremy is an excellent communicator with incredible attention to detail. His follow-through on customer goals and requests is a significant asset to project teams. He finds fulfillment in working and supporting our Mortenson team members and helping customers achieve their goals, on time, within budget, and above expectations. Within the construction industry, he looks forward to further advancing the communities in which we live and work.

Jeremy is a certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), an Associate of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and a LEED Accredited Professional. Throughout his career with Mortenson, he has received Pinnacle Awards for both Exceptional People and Expertise. These awards signify Jeremy's daily application of ingenuity on the job, expertise in the industry, and exceptional relationship-building to create an all-around superior experience. Jeremy, a proud Cougar alumnus, received his Bachelor's in construction management from Washington State University.
Outside of work, Jeremy maintains a modest and creative lifestyle. Jeremy's personal hobbies include spending quality time with family, building guitars, and producing music.
