Ale is responsible for the development of targeted new client relationships and maintenance of existing client relationships leading to project opportunities. Ale executes community participation plans to maximize opportunities for small business, women, minority and other disadvantaged groups and craft employees on Mortenson’s projects. She is involved with trade associations and community organizations fostering Mortenson’s presence in the community. Ale received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente in Guadalajara, Mexico.
