As Senior Development Analyst, Claire is responsible for supporting the capital markets team and development operations for each of Mortenson’s regional offices. Her key responsibilities include underwriting, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and the creation of memoranda to secure both debt and equity partners. Additionally, she provides aid to the asset management efforts of the portfolio to closing and stabilization of projects extending through disposition.

 

Claire previously worked as an Associate Investment Analyst for Allstate Investments in Chicago and earned her BBA in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is an active member of NAIOP and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
