As the Chief Estimator for the Denver Operating Group, Dan is responsible for overall estimating standards and procedures for the company. Dan has been intimately involved in the preparation of budgets on many of Mortenson’s projects. With his oversight, Mortenson’s estimates are consistently accurate and reflect the current construction market conditions. With the caliber of pricing we produce, you can be assured that you will be getting the maximum value for every dollar you spend on your project.

The greatest challenge for our industry is complacency, so at Mortenson we’re constantly looking for opportunities to innovate. We’re implementing new pre-construction and pre-fabrication practices to find cost efficiencies and improve jobsite safety, and we’re actively working to break outdated mindsets that hold the industry back. We don’t believe in maintaining a status quo because “we’ve always done it this way." The world changes every day, and we need to change with it.
