As the Denver Operating Group Safety Director for Mortenson, Kathy Freeman is dedicated to implementing our Zero Injury Safety program to ensure every team member goes home safely. Freeman leads the Operating Group Safety resources and supports project teams with site-specific safety strategies. She also oversees Company Safety directives, facilitating robust continuing education programs for all Mortenson Denver team members and trade partners, ensuring safety remains integral to our culture.
