With over 25 years of electrical industry experience, Kurt started his career as a summer helper, working his way to a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Platteville. Over his career, Kurt has benefitted from participating in a diverse set of projects, encompassing substation, switchyard, and transmission line construction up to 500kV, underground transmission lines, solar BOP construction, energy storage systems, electrical vehicle charging systems, wind farm collection systems, and HVDC converter stations. 

Kurt prides himself on training and mentoring his team and collaborating with project stakeholders to find solutions to complicated situations. A native of Wisconsin and lifelong Packer fan, Kurt currently resides in Minnesota with his wife and 3 rescue dogs.
