As the Senior Business Development Manager for Mortenson’s Wisconsin operations, Roberta is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to partner on their business objectives and growth plans.  Through actively listening to her customers' needs, keeping a pulse on the market, and developing creative solutions, her ultimate focus is to help customers achieve the best outcome that fits within their business parameters.

Roberta received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Since her start with Mortenson in 2007, Roberta has served in a variety of technical roles and has been a part of some of Wisconsin’s most notable projects, including projects for Aurora Health Care, Acuity Insurance, Froedtert Health, Northwestern Mutual, and Milwaukee School of Engineering. Her technical knowledge, management capabilities, and passion for design and construction make her an integral driving force behind the success of projects. She is a leader who fosters trusting relationships through her integrity, honesty, and ability to create collaboration across all stakeholders.
