Salt Lake City and neighboring submarkets like Provo, Park City, Ogden, Lehi, as well as the greater Wasatch Front, have transitioned from tertiary and secondary to primary real estate markets, driving the need for new infrastructure, federal, civic and commercial development. A growing region like this needs a partner who can support it with infrastructure and a high-quality built environment. Historically, Mortenson has already completed 25 projects totaling over $2.1 billion in total construction value and over 1 million square feet of space in Utah, and we continue to see significant potential in this market.
