The 264-room citizenM hotel in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood is going up quickly.
Crews recently started installing the modular units that will make up the $50 million-plus hotel. About 38 units have been stacked and all will be in place by mid-December.
The seven-story hotel is being built by Mortenson Construction at 201 Westlake Ave. N.
