The construction industry continues to grow. We need more people to join this industry and to make sure everyone feels welcome to stay. For that reason, we feel strongly that workforce diversity and inclusion are fundamental to the construction industry. Recognizing there is more work to do, we are championing new ways to create a sense of belonging for everyone. Our team members are rich with varied and unique backgrounds, experiences and skills — and we value the varied perspective each team member brings to our company and industry. We believe diversity spans across many different dimensions.

Equity

By investing in team members to build a better world, we are creating a place where talented people want to stay and grow. We work to provide all team members with what they need to thrive. Internal development programs and immersive experiences help us ensure we have the right support and processes in place to implement equitable processes and retain and advance all team member

Inclusion

We are supporting team members and potential recruits across a wide array of backgrounds. From Business Resource Groups that create a sense of community for underrepresented groups and allies and creating listening platforms to ensure voices are heard, to investing in mentorship programs like ACE Mentor Program, to bring youth to the construction industry and expose them to a future they might not have imagined, we work to create a sense of belonging for all team members.
