Shiloh IV Wind Energy Project is situated among the rolling hills and rough terrain of Solano County, California. The project is located in the Mt. Diablo Hills, strategically situated between major customers in San Francisco and Sacramento.
Mortenson was responsible for the design and construction of access roads, foundations, erection of 50-2.05 MW REpower turbines and all electrical components.
