Creating Community Connections
Our impact in the community is amplified by the alignment of Mortenson's business, charity and sponsorship efforts. Investing in our communities through volunteering, advocacy, and donations not only builds stronger communities, it builds stronger, more connected teams. By empowering our team with the tools they need to give back in the areas that matter to them, I love that we foster a culture of civic pride and stewardship at Mortenson.
Expanding Opportunity
At Mortenson, we are actively working to harness the full potential of our workforce by raising awareness for the opportunities for a meaningful career in construction. We also know that real change starts at home. So, we’ve developed intentional programming and training for our team members to promote a more diverse, inclusive and supportive work environment – from the office to the field.
Applying Limitless Thinking
There is a sense that everyone here is committed to constant improvement. This is a place where everyone is encouraged to re-examine what’s possible – to bring new thinking and diverse ideas to improve our world and change the way places are built for the better.
