[CHIEF ESTIMATOR]

My ultimate goal is to leave a lasting impact on people, leading them to success and passion in their career - all while being their genuine and true selves.

Lead by Example

Great leadership is leading by example. For me, this means setting a positive example for my team by demonstrating the values, behaviors and attitude that create an environment of trust. When you lead by example, you show that you are willing to put in the effort and make the sacrifices necessary to achieve your goals. This also involves being open to feedback, and being willing to learn and improve. Ultimately, leading by example is about inspiring others to be their best selves.

Redefining How We Communicate

In an ever-changing market, it can be challenging to make decisions about your business. My team is redefining how we communicate and forecast, by providing reliable guidance when it comes to decision-making. Our team breaks the traditional estimating cycle through a proactive approach, using financials as a guiding light to align scope and budget. Uncertainty and surprises are naturally averted as a result of this. This accurate balance of forecasting and current economic position, allows peace of mind to move forward with your projects.

Building Your Business

Construction is more than just a commodity, it is a pivotal part of building your business. Each project impacts the future of your organization, your team members, and your community for a long time to come. We want to be a true partner to you in this process, providing guidance and driving the process with transparency. While this may involve having hard conversations early on, the end results is a true partnership built on trust. All of this to ensure you get the most impact for your investment.

PERSONAL PASSIONS

I enjoy pushing myself and abandoning my comfort zone to keep myself on my toes. I often take a “jack of all trades” approach, always trying new things and finding new passions. So much of what I do at work is very structured, so I enjoy the spontaneity of life in my free time.

At the center of everything, is my family. One thing I am most proud of is the support they give me every day. Working in this industry is truly a family decision, and they have supported me every step of the way.
