Meet Gabe
As Chief Estimator, Gabe provides senior-level cost leadership from early targeting through design development. He is responsible for establishing the initial target budget, maintaining continuous cost trending, and leading value and system cost analyses to ensure design decisions remain aligned with Customer’s priorities.
Professional Experience
Gabe brings 20 years of construction industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His experience includes cost leadership and estimating for pharmaceutical and bioscience cGMP manufacturing facilities, semiconductor campus cleanroom and utility expansions, healthcare facilities, corporate office expansions, distribution centers and cultural facilities. Gabe is a LEED AP BD+C and AC, and he supports customers through early collaboration, informed decision-making and continuous evaluation of options to build cost certainty throughout project development.

Personal Passions
I enjoy pushing myself and abandoning my comfort zone to keep myself on my toes. I often take a “jack of all trades” approach, always trying new things and finding new passions. So much of what I do at work is very structured, so I enjoy the spontaneity of life in my free time.
At the center of everything, is my family. One thing I am most proud of is the support they give me every day. Working in this industry is truly a family decision, and they have supported me every step of the way.
