Glenda is responsible for providing leadership to the virtual design and construction process (VDC). She understands technical and planning attributes of high voltage project types and provides meaningful input to the project’s design activities. Glenda leads the integrated delivery effort through the implementation of advanced technologies. Her responsibilities include development of the project BIM execution plan, site utilization planning, design coordination, 4D phase planning, 3D systems coordination, and virtual mock-ups.
