In her role as Craft Resource Manager, Kedmia oversees all Denver and Salt Lake City craft team members while supporting them and providing direction to develop and grow their careers. As part of Mortenson's workforce program, she works closely with many community partners to create awareness about our industry's multiple career opportunities. She is also involved in many companywide committees that are focused on enhancing our team members' experience. As well as implementing new processes and procedures to ensure Mortenson continues to show appreciation for our craft team members' hard work at each of our projects and ensure we are the industry's best employer!
