In his role as Project Executive, Michael ensures successful project outcomes by aligning goals and creating a culture of collaboration among all project stakeholders.  Michael particularly excels at listening to our customers and understanding their business, missions, and goals.  He is experienced in multiple delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Integrated Project Delivery, and Construction Manager at Risk.

Michael has over 25 years of industry experience and demonstrated competency in managing projects from initiation to completion. Every one of Michael’s projects have been completed on time and on budget. He has completed multiple projects with zero injuries.  He is an expert in helping our teams plan to complete the work in a manner that does not impact the customer’s ongoing activities on an active campus.
