Leading operations in this industry is about more than building structures—it’s about shaping what’s possible. Our teams roll up their sleeves, solving problems, anticipating needs, and delivering with integrity. Because for us, it’s not just about meeting expectations—it’s about exceeding them, each and every time.

Building better: People-first, future-driven

For me, everything starts with our people—keeping them safe, uniting as one team, and constantly pushing for smarter ways to build.

When trust runs deep and we operate as a truly unified and engaged team, we can tackle even the most complex challenges with confidence and in a safe manner. And by staying curious, embracing new technologies, and finding more efficient ways to deliver, we’re not just building faster—we’re building better.

These three commitments—safety, unity, and innovation—are our compass. Stay true to them and success isn’t a goal—it’s a guarantee.

Innovative workflow

Every project demands focus, discipline, and attention to detail from start to finish. By taking a proactive approach to the various steps that the preconstruction and construction phases require, we can plan effectively, secure the right resources, and deliver on each project’s goals, expectations, and requirements. I believe strong outcomes come from understanding the big picture while staying close to the details—and from building lasting relationships with the extended teams that make each project successful.

Hoops, hearts, and higher purpose

Volunteering has always been a meaningful part of my life, especially through coaching youth basketball. It’s more than a game—it’s a chance to teach young people the power of teamwork, discipline, and self-belief, lessons that shape who they become on and off the court. Watching my kids and their teammates grow in confidence and character is one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had.

I’m also deeply involved in my church community, always ready to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Whether it’s mentoring future leaders or supporting those in need, I believe in showing up with purpose and grounded in faith. Giving back isn’t just something I do—it’s part of who I am. It’s how I help build a stronger, more connected community, one relationship at a time.

Personal Passions

Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about three things: spending quality time with my family, exploring the great outdoors, and giving back to the industry that’s shaped my career. Whether it’s helping someone connect the dots between their interests and career paths or encouraging them to find their niche in this dynamic field, I love helping the next generation of professionals find their place and thrive. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone flourish—because they had the right opportunity at the right moment.
