In 2012, with many successful projects under our belt, we officially opened our Portland office, and it’s now home to 140 team members. Our projects in the Portland area

Mortenson has a long history of building partnerships and projects in Oregon and southwest Washington, which started almost 40 years ago with our first project for St. Vincent Hospital in Portland. Since then, we have expanded our presence in a variety of markets including education, sports and performance venues, high-tech manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and government.

Reed's Crossing

Providence Health puts the focus on the safety and well-being of its community, patients, and care teams. Mortenson is playing a key role in how healthcare construction is evolving.

Bonneville Power Administration

This multi-year, multi-facility redevelopment project will revitalize the Ross Complex Campus, an active 260-acre facility with multiple offices, maintenance buildings and a large substation in Southwest Washington.

Hyatt Regency

This beautiful 600+ room hotel features substantial meeting space, and serves to attract larger conventions to Portland and to spur additional economic development in the surrounding neighborhoods.
