What is the best facility to build for exhibiting large vehicles and equipment?
Mortenson was selected to provide general contracting services to build the 170,000-square-foot Exhibition Hall, an addition to the existing Broadmoor Hall. The new exhibit hall will better accommodate trade shows and other larger meetings and events.
The facility will provide 32 breakout rooms, each room will be wired with built-in screens and modern technology. The exterior will be designed in a modern Italian Renaissance style to match the rest of the resort, but the large exhibit space inside will be less formal, designed to host trade shows, exhibits, and new product launches.
The exhibit space within the new Exhibit Hall is designed to accommodate events that may include large vehicles or equipment, such as the Space Symposium, which is held at the Broadmoor yearly.
