Mortenson was selected as Design-Builder for a new education building for Compositive Primary at the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus in Aurora. Compositive Primary is a private school that will serve 70+ students in pre-school through kindergarten in Phase 1. The full buildout of the campus will grow the school to over 200 students through 5th grade. The site will be well landscaped with "outdoor rooms" and exploratory natural spaces to further enhance the educational curriculum of the school.
