Formerly the MileNorth hotel, this project was a testament to complex renovations in an urban, occupied site. Impressively, the hotel remained operational throughout the entire construction schedule, which consisted of 8,000 square feet of remodeled space. The renovations to the building include a lobby, restaurant, and bar renovations in addition to the guest room and corridor renovations.
