Micron Technology's R&D Fab and Lab consists of a 54,000 square foot main level with associated interstitial, fan deck, sub-fab, and basement levels, supporting an approximately 36,000 square foot Class 1 cleanroom. The lab portion of the building is a separate but attached structure of approximately 40,000 square feet on two levels. The lab facility contains 6,000 square feet of Class 1 and 10 clean labs and support labs.
