474,600 Square Feet
Hamilton Partners, Bow River Capital and Mortenson partnered to deliver a 474,600 square foot new speculative industrial distribution facility on a 33-acre undeveloped parcel of land. Inland logistics, located in Salt Lake City’s Northwest Quadrant and the Utah Inland Port, is a last-mile e-commerce warehouse and distribution center going far beyond the ordinary industrial environment. Inland Logistics is a cutting-edge industrial and logistics industrial park with nearly 500,000 square feet of inventory.
Inland Logistics brought numerous jobs to the region upon completion and is prompting additional job creation throughout the development cycle. It is a sure sign of the growth happening in and around Salt Lake City, and a great example of Mortenson’s development and design-build capabilities in the Utah market.
