The Next Technology Center is a state-of-the-art tier III concurrently maintainable data center. It features an N+2 Electrical system with 6kw per cabinet, 200 watts for SF including mechanical load, and 3,000 tons of chilled water. The structure and enclosure of the facility are hardened and designed to withstand 207 mph wind velocities. The initial 189,000 GSF build was completed in 2008 and included four 10,000 GSF data floor modules.
