As Development Manager, Chris is responsible for sourcing and advancing new industrial development opportunities across the United States. His expertise spans all facets of industrial real estate, including site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financial analysis, debt and equity financing, and design and construction management. As a dedicated professional, Chris is committed to fostering new relationships with stakeholders and ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion. Chris is passionate about revitalizing neighborhoods and bringing new ones to life.
Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and International Business with a Certificate in German Studies. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Chris is an ardent Liverpool FC supporter, enjoys playing pickleball, learning the game of golf, and spending time with his family, friends and beagle.
