PERSONAL PASSIONS
One of my most meaningful experiences was volunteering with my church to support the local community. That time reinforced my belief in the power of community and the importance of giving back. I want to see the construction industry fully embrace sustainability and innovation to create resilient, community-centric development for our future—People, Planet, Community. I believe each of us can make a difference if we embrace our unique strengths, act with integrity, and commit to creating positive impact in our communities.
I’m inspired by Mortenson’s LeadBLU philosophy that everyone is born to be a leader, and I live by the values of safety, integrity, teamwork, and respect. Above all, I’m most proud of being a father to my two sons, Roman and Luca, who bring me joy and happiness every day.
