Jake Frazier is the Vice President of Operations for Mortenson’s Power Delivery Solutions team, where he oversees all aspects of construction execution for the group, including self-performed construction, subcontractor management, safety, quality, and lean initiatives. Jake has spent his entire professional career building energy projects and knows what it takes to deliver projects on budget, on schedule, and safely. 

Jake joined Mortenson in June 2006 after graduating from Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a degree in construction management. Jake served as a field engineer, project engineer, and project manager for his first six years in our Wind group before becoming one of the first members of the Power Delivery team in 2013. He has been entrusted with some of Power Delivery's largest projects, including Rush Creek, TB Flats I & II, and Cheyenne Ridge. 

In December 2019, Jake was promoted to director of operations of Power Delivery Solutions and has been instrumental in creating efficiencies and sharing best practices between operating groups. 

Jake has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in this specialized work. He has built positive relationships with our customers and team members while exemplifying Mortenson values. He is a caring and compassionate leader that lives all of Mortenson's LeadBLU principles.
