MORTENSON STORY
My path at Mortenson has been defined by a series of roles with increasing responsibility, shaping me into a well-rounded leader in our Civil business. I began as a quality manager, training engineers in Mortenson’s quality processes. From there, I moved into project management across both renewable energy and federal markets. As a Project Executive, I’ve had the privilege of leading multiple project teams nationwide, always focused on helping others grow and succeed. These experiences have shaped my management style and continue to guide me as Director of Operations.
