Sam Siler has been in the construction industry since 2013 and with Mortenson since 2019. He brings steady leadership and financial rigor that help projects deliver value from day one. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting & business management from Simpson University and a certificate in construction management from the University of Washington. Sam specializes in clear client communication, detailed project planning, and financial stewardship. His focus includes value engineering, timely and accurate pricing, transparent billing, and negotiating changes in a way that ensures owners get the best return on their investment.
He is most energized by bringing multidisciplinary teams together to solve challenges creatively and watching a project evolve from concept to completion in ways that strengthen a client’s operations and realize their vision. Looking ahead, Sam is excited about the evolution of construction technology, sustainability, and process innovation. These advancements will enable more efficient, cost‑effective, and forward‑thinking outcomes for Mortenson’s customers.
Beyond the jobsite, Sam stays connected to his community through volunteer involvement with YoungLife. Outside of work, his mission is to lead with purpose, invest deeply in his family, and embrace everyday adventures. He especially enjoys keeping up with his three kids, who provide nonstop energy and inspiration. He stays active outdoors, plays team sports, and invests in projects and relationships that make a positive impact.
