Supply Chain Planner
SUMMARY:
BLUvera is hiring a Supply Chain Planner who will be responsible for the coordination, transportation and expedition of the flow of materials and assemblies throughout the operation, from incoming raw material to outgoing finished goods to include logistics and production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates production schedules and confers with the production department to create forecasts and control inventory.
Accurately tracks inventory, customer information, documentation, and order content both in our ERP software and offline/manually.
Combines manually tracked information with the ERP information to assist finance with production of accurate monthly financials.
Manages complex orders of stock and custom products.
Coordinates deliveries/pickups/returns directly with customers or their 3rd party carriers.
Collaborates with our quality assurance, production, and accounting and sales teams to ensure accuracy, quality and customer satisfaction.
Solicits freight quotes and secures booking arrangements with freight forwarders reviewing for cost effective rates, tracking orders throughout the delivery process, and communicating any delays to the appropriate parties.
Plans, organizes, and directs purchasing activity for all production and non-production related goods and services required to support the plant operation.
Performs all plant related order management and inventory Oracle transactions.
Collaborates with finance and accounting to ensure accurate capture and reporting of all material flow activities.
Partners with team members to utilize lean methodologies and tools to improve overall processes focusing on efficiency improvements and enhanced levels of service.
Supports customers on the phone and via email.
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ logistics/supply chain experience required.
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Preferred) and Microsoft Office Software.
Shown ability to manage the flow of materials and assemblies through a manufacturing operation including logistics and production planning, inventory management and reporting.
Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced environment to effectively meet deadlines.
Effective and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others.
Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines.
Be self-motivated, take ownership of the position, and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision.
Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback

The base pay range for this role is $ Min 68,200- Max $92,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
