Job Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring effective branding and communication for our project sites. You'll manage project site branding, signage, and communications, fostering collaboration between general contractors, trade partners, and our customers. Additionally, you'll update the site webpage and keep project status information current. This hybrid position requires some on-site work at projects across the US.

Key Responsibilities
Project Marketing Support
- Project Site Branding and Signage Coordination: Oversee branding strategies for assigned project sites, ensuring all signage and branding aligns with customer and company standards and effectively communicates the project’s identity.
- Communications and Storytelling: Craft and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications to stakeholders, including updates on project progress and milestones.
- Connection: Serve as a liaison between general contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on project-related activities.
- Website Management: Regularly update the project site’s webpage with the latest information, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and engaging for visitors. This includes messaging for the immediate community about site closures and events.
- Project Status Updates: Maintain up-to-date records of project status, providing timely updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Operations Marketing Support
- Supervision: Manage multiple projects, balance workloads, and resolve content issues.
- Strategy and Marketing Activities: Oversee marketing efforts and identify new opportunities for our team to connect with our people, partners and customers.
- Leadership: Build relationships, lead by example, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Communications and Storytelling: Craft and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications to stakeholders, including updates on project progress and milestones.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong writing and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal skills and ability to interact with clients, marketing team, and senior management
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and identify obstacles that would impact timeliness and quality
- Ability to translate technical information into client-focused solutions.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Wix or a similar website creation platform.
- Open to diverse input and feedback, with active listening skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in proposal development or marketing management.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Portfolio of writing and design examples.
Physical Requirements
This role requires sitting, seeing, hearing, and using a computer and office equipment in an indoor, climate-controlled environment. Duties may change without notice.

The base pay range for this role is $79,600 - $119,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
