Electrician Careers in Construction

Experience a Culture of Support

Electricians at Mortenson experience benefits not found in other companies. Our values and culture, opportunities for growth, cutting-edge projects, flexibility to achieve work/life balance and industry-leading benefits are just a few ways we support the hard work, positive attitude and valuable expertise our electricians bring to the job every day.

Electrical Apprentice Program

At many companies, apprenticeships require a major personal investment—tuition costs and time outside an already demanding work schedule. Not at Mortenson. We cover the full cost of the electrical apprenticeship program and ensure training takes place during regular work hours. That means apprentices earn while they learn—advancing their careers and gaining hands-on experience with Mortenson’s processes, culture, and day-to-day operations—without giving up their evenings or weekends.

Working hot is something we only do as a last-ditch effort. We will exhaust every option. We'll bring down circuits. We're going to do whatever it takes to do things the right way and find a solution where we don't work hot.
