As our Market Intelligence Intern, you will support Mortenson’s strategic planning and business development efforts by conducting market and competitive research. You will help track industry trends, monitor economic indicators, and summarize insights that inform key decisions across the organization. Highlights of the internship include:

You will join an exciting and ever-changing industry with a planned 12-week, in-person internship with our team. This opportunity is full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer of 2026. The internship position is out of our Minneapolis headquarters office.
The hourly wage for college Interns starts at $18.00. Students in their sophomore year of college, or more, are paid higher wages based on their year in school.
