Project Name: Lazbuddie Wind Project
Project Location: Muleshoe, TX, 79347

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
Responsible for the construction and repair of wood and wallboard fixtures in compliance with local building codes and general construction principals.

SUMMARY OF EXPECTED OUTCOMES
-High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior
-Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Setup trailers
-Studies blueprints, sketches or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as lumber or fiberboard. Measures the dimensions of structure of fixture to be fabricated
-Build decks, stairs, roofs and other temporary structures between office units, plan tables, install shelves, setup tool trailers and/or conex’s, silt fences and/or straw bales, setup site per erosion control plan
-Hand-set forms and/or assemble the gang forms
-Accountabilities
   1. Assist journeyman and foreman with the shooting of grades and elevations
   2. The unloading, handling, stockpiling, and erecting of all prefabricated materials
   3. Concrete and rough carpentry
         a. Hand set Walls
         b. Footings
         c. Set Gang Wall Forms
         d. Structural Concrete Decks
         e. Drywall
         f. Finish Carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware
         g. Millwork and cabinetry
-All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
-Works within precise limits or standards of accuracy
-Pictures solid objects from drawings or diagrams
-Must be able to speak and understand English
-Able to adapt communication style to the speaker and possess a high degree of active listening skills
-Strong teamwork orientation
-Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
-Detail orientation
-Open to change based on diverse input and feedback
-Effectively work with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
-Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
-Strong cross-cultural relationship building and influencing at all organizational levels

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in construction preferred but not required
