WE26 in Boston, Massachusetts is the Society of Women Engineers' (SWE) flagship event and the world’s largest career fair for women and allies in STEM. Hundreds of organizations will be in attendance and most of the WE25 attendees are experienced professionals. Attendees will be inspired to explore technological advancements, emerging trends, and best practices via 200+ dedicated sessions and multiple panel discussions led by top experts, content creators, and innovators.
WE26 is also a great opportunity for early-career professionals and aspiring leaders to nurture their career growth and development. Along with individual networking, SWE Affinity Group meetups and special events, students and aspiring professionals can increase their chances of gaining an interview or receiving an offer by connecting with recruiters at the career fair.

From renewable energy projects and power storage to grid expansion and data centers supporting AI and cloud technology, the energy sector is full of innovation and opportunity for engineers. In this session, professionals from across the construction and energy industries share how projects move from concept to construction and what it's like to work in this fast growing space. Panelists will discuss clean energy, climate change, and rising energy demand, while also sharing real stories about career paths, teamwork, and day to day life on energy projects. Whether you're curious about where energy is headed or wondering how your skills and major could fit into construction and energy roles, this session offers a practical look at the future that's being built right now.

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a not-for-profit educational and service organization that empowers women to succeed and advance in engineering and be recognized for their life-changing contributions as engineers and leaders. The Women’s Business Resource Group (BRG) is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for women and allies in construction by fostering a culture of support, connection, development, and empowerment.
