Highly specialized disciplines

You will be trained in focused scopes of construction project management to become an expert on things like structural steel, concrete, MEP coordination, finishes, etc. Mortenson’s culture of innovation also encourages team members to “try storm” new ideas within their role and share learnings with others on the team.

Travel opportunities

Projects last between two and three years and can take you to exciting cities across the country. When you’re done traveling and ready to settle down, we’ll find a permanent home for you in one of our geographic offices.
