The Chicago Office was recently named one of Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies for the 13th year in a row! Mortenson is proud to be one of very few companies to win this award every year since the program's inception in 2004. Based on an evaluation by an independent research firm, the award honors companies that recognize their own team members as their greatest assets by providing an innovative and thoughtful human resources approach. Mortenson stood out in the following areas: compensation and benefits, employee education and development, recruitment and selection, communication, diversity, work-life balance and community initiatives.
