The new parking facility involved the excavation of over 600,000 square feet of earth to accommodate three separate parking garages. A three-level and four-level below-grade garage were excavated for 980 parking spaces and a five-level above-grade garage provided an additional 450 parking spaces, offering a total of 1430 spaces for one of Denver’s most visited locations.
