The Denver Art Museum’s new garage structure is a 5-level above grade and basement level 323,000 square foot parking structure located southeast of the museum expansion with pedestrian walkways to the museum facility. The garage was designed to be wrapped on three sides with office, retail, and condominium space and included a rooftop garden.
