Kohls Electronic Fulfillment Center

Mortenson served as construction manager for the Kohl's Electronic Fulfillment Center #1 in Monroe, Ohio. The central distribution center and storage facility is used for remote distribution and online order processing, and modifications were made to accommodate their need for increased units per hour. The scope of work included the addition of a new pick module, increased storage space, and upgrades to their put wall configuration and print and apply labeling system.
