This is a 410,000 square foot design center for the research and development of new products in support of Seagate’s manufacturing operations. The design center is located on a 40-acre greenfield site and includes 20,000 square feet of Class 10 cleanrooms, 110,000 square feet of office/interstitial space, 136,000 square feet of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment support areas. The design center is complete with a RO/DI water plant and chemical storage room.
