This project delivered a state-of-the-art, 71,000 SF aircraft maintenance hangar and warehouse, supported by a 1,600 SF hazardous storage building and a 3,000 SF vehicle holding facility. An existing hangar bay was also transformed into a modern motor vehicle work bay, maximizing the use of existing infrastructure.
The scope included demolition of outdated structures, along with extensive site and civil improvements—new parking, vehicle and pedestrian circulation, anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP) features, and stormwater management systems. Designed to strict AT/FP standards, the development is also pursuing USGBC LEED Silver certification, underscoring a strong commitment to sustainability and resilience.
