Paige joined Mortenson's Seattle office in 2018 and quickly asserted herself as a valuable asset to the organization. Earning degrees in political science from UCLA and construction management from the University of Washington, Paige consistently contributes to the success of Mortenson's Seattle projects as Project Manager I. She has a track record of leading teams through the completion of projects in various market types, most notably, higher education, healthcare, and hospitality. Some of her most significant achievements include her work on the Bill & Melinda Gates Center for Computer Science and Engineering, Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, and the Stanford South Lake Union Hotel.
As Project Manager I, Paige enjoys interacting with her team to navigate each project's unique challenges. She finds pleasure in engaging with a wide range of people, from architects and consultants to clients, city officials, and trade partners. She particularly enjoys meeting new faces at networking events, conferences, and committee gatherings where she plays an active role.
Paige leverages her strong communication and coordination skills to ensure that every interaction is exceptional. She excels in client communication, building lasting relationships, fostering team cohesion, and maintaining organization. Continuously seeking growth opportunities, Paige eagerly seizes any chance to enhance her expertise in managing MEP, coordinating estimating efforts and refining scheduling processes.
Her dedication extends to a passion for advancing sustainable design and construction practices, driving process improvement, and promoting standardization across various project types. Paige remains committed to pushing the boundaries and driving positive change within the industry.
Outside of Mortenson, Paige is a member of CREW Seattle, an organization dedicated to advancing the success of women in commercial real estate, and a Mentor for ACE, working to expose high school students to career opportunities in architecture, engineering, and construction.
In her free time, Paige has a passion for baking sweet treats, following sports of any and all kinds, and enjoys partaking in the occasional brewery hop from time to time.
