Paige joined Mortenson's Seattle office in 2018 and quickly asserted herself as a valuable asset to the organization. After attending UCLA and the University of Washington to receive her political science and construction management degrees, Paige has consistently contributed to the success of Mortenson's Seattle projects as Assistant Project Manager. Paige leads teams through the completion of projects in a variety of market types, most notably, higher education, healthcare, and hospitality. Some of her most significant achievements include her work on the Bill & Melinda Gates Center for Computer Science and Engineering, Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, and the Stanford South Lake Union Hotel.

In her role as Assistant Project Manager, she enjoys interacting with her team to navigate the unique challenges each project brings daily. She thoroughly enjoys working with diverse groups of people – including architects, consultants, customers, city officials, trade partners, and certainly new faces at networking events, conferences, and various events for the committees she serves on. Paige uses her communication and coordination skills to ensure that every interaction with those around her is nothing less than exceptional. She excels in client communication, relationship-building, team bonding, and organization. Always striving to expand her skills, Paige jumps at any opportunity to hone her skills and expand her knowledge about managing MEP, coordinating estimating efforts, or scheduling. Due to the ever-changing dynamic of the construction industry, Paige has developed a passion for continuing to push the envelope in sustainable design and building practices, process improvement, and standardization across all product types.

Paige is a member of CREW Seattle, an organization dedicated to advancing the success of women in commercial real estate, and a Mentor for ACE, working to expose high school students to career opportunities in architecture, engineering, and construction.
In her free time, you can find Paige fulfilling her passion for baking sweet treats, keeping up with sports of any and all kinds, and partaking in the occasional brewery hop from time to time.
