As a Project Development Executive, Chase is a key contributor to the Phoenix office leadership team providing insight and strategic direction for our Arizona business. With over 15 years of industry experience and a Mortenson team member since 2014, Chase is focused on intimately understanding our customers’ business, is invigorated by leveraging his curiosity to explore unanticipated needs and is driven by opportunities to develop strategic partnerships to deliver value for the life of their business.

His primary focus is on front-end strategy, design phase leadership, all while fostering and maintaining relationships with customers, and project partners in the advanced manufacturing, higher education, research & development, science & technology, and semiconductor markets to identify and pursue new and sustaining work.

Chase is passionate about workforce development and leads talent recruitment for college interns and recent graduates. He serves on boards for Tee It Up to Cure Leukemia, I2SL Arizona, ISPE SW Chapter, and Society for Construction Solutions. Additional leadership positions include Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Greater Phoenix Light The Night Executive Committee, Greater Phoenix Economic Council Ambassador Committee, AAED Southern Arizona Committee, and his church’s youth program. Chase received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University in 2010.
