What’s The Beam on Farmer?
The Beam on Farmer is the first cross-laminated timber office building in Arizona and offers a contactless experience from your ‘car to cube.’ Redefining a healthy workplace, this new Class-A, five-story office in Tempe, features 184,000 square feet of flexible, open floorplates and an adjacent parking structure.

Cross-laminated timber is a wood product that combines layers of natural timber to create a defined and eco-friendly experience. The Beam on Farmer is a marriage of solid timber, concrete, steel, and glass, giving it a natural wood aesthetic with a modern yet vintage vibe. The building features sustainable building attributes and a unique and creative environment with 13-foot exposed wood ceilings and glulam wood beams and columns.
