Equipment Specialist – Sports Entertainment (Relocation)
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Equipment Specialist-Energy Storage (Relocation) to join our team. This specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations with an emphasis on building customer relationships. This position plays an integral role in managing a wide range of processes on behalf of Project teams, Equipment Facility teams, Buyers, and ESM HQ Leadership (Equipment Management, Procedure, and Manufacturing).

RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree and 1+ years of rental equipment, construction, and/or related professional experience or 2+ years of the same relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
Superior attention to detail and accuracy
Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
Ability to assess and prioritize multiple customer needs
Working knowledge of purchasing/rental processes and procedures
Strong organization and planning skills
Ability to influence
Active listening skills and effective communication, open to diverse input and feedback
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience with billing software (preferred)

The base pay range for this role is $69,500 - $93,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
