Senior Systems Analyst-Finance Solutions
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst-Finance Solutions with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements Analysis: Identify and document user needs, functional requirements, and technical specifications for information systems.
System Design: Develop logical and physical system designs, including data models, process flows and user interfaces.
System Implementation: Implement new systems or system enhancements, including software installation, configuration, and testing.
System Maintenance: Providing ongoing support for existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementation of necessary updates and modifications.
System Support: Work with business and ITS team members and software vendors to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and system specifications.
Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on technical matters.
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
7 years’ experience in IT, including experience supporting supply chain and manufacturing systems
Experience and basic understanding of Service Management methodologies
Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work
Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement and Supply Planning (Preferred)
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Payables and Receivables (Preferred)
Experience with SQL (Preferred)
Experience supporting systems used in the construction industry (Preferred)

The base pay range for this role is $108,200 - $162,300. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
